You should be a better driver

Doesn’t it stand to reason that if you are driving an ambulance you should be a safe & courteous driver and observe the most basic rules of the road? I’m talking about an ambulance that is not en route to an accident or hospital but simply driving with no lights or siren. This morning I watched the driver below blatantly cut off the car in front of me in rush hour traffic. Half way across the white line he decided to turn on his blinker. The driver he cut off had to stand on his brakes to keep from getting clipped the ambulance.
