The family (Mom, Poppy, Sheila, Danielle, Danny, Julie, Zack, Bailey, Brooklyn, Lukas) will be here on Friday. They are all driving in from Wyoming to stay with us for a week. We have a crazy busy schedule for the entire week, so much to do! I’m so excited to see them all. I’m hoping the weather cooperates too. The rain finally stopped Friday but the weekend was hot as hell. Too hot for being outside all day with little kids.

This weekend was pretty hellish, all about deep cleaning and I am sore all over. The wood floors are scrubbed, the windows washed inside and out, closets all cleaned out and everything is dusted. The boy was a huge help. He also got the curtains hung up in the bathroom and some other stuff hung up for me. I still need to mop the kitchen and bathroom and then get the basement cleaned up and the pig cage cleaned. I should be able to work on that after work each night this week though. I need to make sure I am not totally exhausted by the time they arrive though. The mountain of stuff for the yard sale is shocking considering I thought I cleaned a lot out last year when we had the yard sale. Granted we still have some stuff that didn’t sell last year lingering in the garage.

Misty and I are hoping that Danielle is going to stay the summer with us, she seems to be leaning towards it. That means a very busy summer but its important so I’m willing to put some other stuff on hold if it means having a positive impact on her.

Mom’s knee surgery was last Thursday so I’m hoping she is really going to be ready to travel by this Thursday. She’s determined to make it happen.

My right arm was finally starting to feel a little better after a week of meds but after this weekend its so much worse and so is my neck and back. boooo
