Carly Schroeder (The Lizzie McGuire Movie", “Firewall", “Gracie”) stars in this feel good family movie about a teen in trouble and the unlikely friend she finds in the Bahamas when she moves there to live with a father she never knew. Life on an island is far different from life in LA where Alyssa lived with her grandmother after her mother passed away a year ago. Even in the more relaxed atmosphere of the island her father, a dolphin research scientist, has no time for his wayward teenage daughter. Alyssa befriends an orphaned wild dolphin and together they help save her father’s research facility and bring home to the people on the island.
