False alarm

Okay so I totally worried for nothing about the meeting with the boss. It was just like he said. :shuffle: He took me to a great seafood place where he takes the CEO of Penta for lunch. I ordered shrimp enchiladas which were simple amazing. We had a two hour lunch and talked about a variety of things but he had good things to say about my time at the org (yes I’m calling it the org and not it’s real name because we all know that a certain psycho cunt hates me enough to try to cause problems for me). He said that he had been hearing positive feedback from everyone. :cheer: Then we talked about some of the areas where my predecessor was weak and where I could excel. It was sort of a coaching session to help me be really successful in this position and I like having goals and a purpose set forth.

Matt still hasn’t been able to find a part time job. With his unemployment I think we are going to be okay so long as we are careful with our spending. I love having him home everyday, not to mention he is keeping the house clean and cooking dinner. :luv: That allowed us to spend yesterday together shopping and relaxing at home. We took the girls for a long walk in the nature preserve in the late afternoon. It was gorgeous and they had so much fun running around off leash in the woods. :dog: :pup:

Today we are supposed to go riding with Michael and Donna if the weather cooperates.
