Its hot and humid…nothing like last June and nothing like Dave Murray predicted Our lawn is burnt up from the lack of rain.


Meanwhile the new work schedule sucks. I have so much to do this weekend and only two days to do it. Dad and the gang will be here next Saturday so everything must be done this week. I rearranged the living room furniture and am washing bedding now. I did a little packing also. I still need to wash the dishes.


Sweitzerfest starts tonight which means there will be a parade blocking our driveway again. We are going to the softball game in Troy though.


My eyes are doing fine, still a bit tender when I rub them but my vision seems to be sharpening. I still wake up with dry, sticky eyes. I’m trying to use my drops but I forget!
