Yesterday Matt took me out to Olive Garden and then we went to see Four Christmases. Even though it was icy out I wore my new black sexy shoes. They were more comfortable than I anticipated considering they are like 3 inch heels. Definitely too high for walking on ice but I managed. I used some of the money I got from Matt’s parents for my birthday to buy two new pairs of shoes. I just went in to look and found some cute black Champion tennis shoes with the gold swirly stuff on the heel. Hmm…should have taken a pic of those but they are the new slim fit style. I will be wearing them a lot. They had some slides but they were a half size too small and they didn’t have any others. Having Matt home for three days was like having a three day birthday celebration. We have had so much fun together and he has just spoiled me ROTTEN! Sis offered to get me a cake but I passed on that. One thing that I miss is having my family around to have a party with me but C’est la vie. I got phone calls from pretty much everyone or at least a text message. My mom and dad both forgot to mail my card till yesterday. Not a big deal, gives me more time to think about what I want to buy for myself. One of the pitfalls of having a birthday so close to Christmas. Seems I’m not the only one who is running way behind this year.

My sis got me some great jewelry and a cute purple blazer. I actually almost bought this blazer on Tuesday but there was only one left and it was too big. My watch broke about two months ago and I have put off buying one cuz Misty said she would get me one. She let me pick this one out on Saturday.
