This is the McDonald’s in Lebanon Illinois. They have some schmoe outside hosing and scrubbing their entire parking lot. Bob only knows how much water that alone wastes but as you can see here, he just stands and lets the water run when cars are blocking where he was scrubbing. This is absolutely ridiculous. There is no freaking reason to be washing and scrubbing your stupid parking lot.
