Tagged.com Sued By NY AG

New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo announced today that his office intends to sue social networking site Tagged for deceptive email marking practices and invasion of privacy.

I barely used the site but found it nearly impossible to get them to stop emailing me crap after I closed out my account. They claimed to have deleted me entirely yet the emails just kept coming. Glad they finally got their ass spanked!
