Okay NEW GOAL!

10lbs for this month is my fitness goal.

Sunday 45 min treadmill and ab workout
Ate a banana and cereal for breakfast, salad at lunch, no dinner just MC.
Monday 45 min treadmill and ab workout
Cheesy potatoes for breakfast. Lunch was a philly sandwich and fruit bowl. I don’t remember if I ate dinner.

Tuesday 45 min treadmill and ab workout
Breakfast, um MC I think, tuna sub for lunch, MC for dinner.

Wed
Breakfast 3 or 4 breakfast bites, honey wheat pretzels.
