Matt took me to see this movie last night here in our little town. It’s a cute movie and we enjoyed it. There are parts where the kids didn’t get the jokes but the adults did. If you are a Spongebob fan you’ll like it. The plot is decent. I’ve heard others say its too long and that they didn’t enjoy it. I have to disagree.


On a side note, this woman and her three kids were trying to get in. The oldest daughter had a plastic bag crammed full of junk food and tied shut. When the usher stopped them, the mom says “We are diabetic, we have to have it.” Bullshit. There is no way you are ALL diabetic. You can eat popcorn. I would have called her on it and asked to see the candy, I’m positive she was lying. I agree that movie refreshments are high priced but that’s just underhanded.
