That really came out of your mouth?

I’ve been embroiled for a few weeks with tech support at Sage Software regarding a single instance of our Peachtree software. I’ve had little experience troubleshooting this program to date. My boss typically handles it. This has been an effort in futility. The first support :quote:tech:quote: reset the permissions on a secure drive and granted access to everyone on the network. THAT was pretty bad.

Today the third (or maybe second) tier support spends two hours working on this system. Manages to fuck the permissions again (even though he said he was only ‘refreshing’ them and not changing). Then wraps up the call by saying that he is so confused by what is happening with the system that he actually was starting to think the problem was in the user’s keyboard.

Yeah.

It was all I could do to hang up with out completely losing my cool and stabbing the phone with the knife I was using to cut up my apple. :pullhair: :pullhair: :mad:
