Things that make you go hmmm

So I broke the USB receiver to my wireless mouse a couple weeks back. I finally got around to ordering the replacement one from Logitech. It cost me 6.00 in shipping.

I got this huge box (remember I ordered a USB receiver, it’s the size of
a thumb drive):

Seems a bit excessive right? Obviously this would have fit in a small padded envelope and cost me about 2.00. Whatever I just want my mouse working again. I open the box to find this thing, which is quite obviously NOT a USB receiver but instead a power supply.

I finally got around to calling Logitech and they claim they will send me the proper part free of charge since someone sent me the wrong thing. I got the refund so I’m waiting to see if the part actually shows up.

Seems like a lot of waste to ship something so small in a box so big. Obviously companies are more interested in easy shipping instead of smart, earth aware shipping.:purpleshakehead:
