Zumba workout

Last week I worked up to doing the entire second DVD in the series and by Saturday my abs, legs and arms were sore! I am definitely getting a full body work out, something I can’t get on the treadmill.

If you are on the fence about getting these DVDs because you aren’t sure about getting a good work out, go for it. I work up a really good sweat and I’ve not even tried the third DVD yet.

The looming holiday is making it hard to get my workouts in but I’m determined to stick with this.
